Kitchen Revival provides kitchen respraying services. This notice explains how we intend to handle personal information sent through our website.

Information we collect

When you request a quote, we ask for your name, telephone number, location and information about your kitchen. You may also provide an email address, photographs and information about additional work. You can contact us separately by telephone, email or WhatsApp.

Why we use it

We use this information to review your request, prepare a quotation, contact you and, if you choose to proceed, arrange the work. Our intended legal basis for processing enquiry data is taking steps at your request before entering a contract. We do not use quote photographs for marketing without asking you first.

Where submissions go

Website quotations and uploaded photos are processed through our website hosting and form service, Netlify. We may also use an email provider to receive notifications and respond to you. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We plan to review unsuccessful enquiries and delete them when no longer required, normally within 12 months. If you become a customer, we may retain relevant job and financial records for longer where necessary for business or legal obligations. This retention approach must be confirmed before launch.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your circumstances, you may ask to access, correct or erase personal data, or object to or restrict certain uses. You can also raise a concern with Ireland's Data Protection Commission.
